That's what the speculation is, based on lots of folks' LOR writers getting thank you e-mails last week, and those same folks' late update date changing on the status checker. We'll see what we'll see :)

I just checked my status checker, and my status date changed again. That is the 3rd or 4th time in the last week. Weirdness...

I was hoping they mailed them last week...but maybe. Even so, finding out at the end of this week would still be very early in the cycle, which works just fine for me.

Alumni interviewer e mailed me today. I'll let you guys know my interview experience. Hope this doesn't delay my decision too much. ED applicant btw; complete on 10/1.

To rephrase Just's question:

If, say tomorrow, I go to my mailbox and behold a letter from Georgetown law, is it for sure an acceptance? Or are they sending out WL/rejections this early as well?
