We are in the process of finalizing our fall enrollment. We anticipate making a select number of admits within the next two weeks, from among the small and very well-qualified remaining pool. We will be releasing a number of applicants on Friday, July 13, including those who have previously indicated that they did not wish to remain under waitlist consideration past mid-July. As always, we appreciate your continued patience.

Did anyone - especially if you did not note mid-July as your deadline - get a release today?

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Per a previous notification I told them that I likely wouldn't be able to continue past mid-July, and I was actually going to withdraw today, but they kicked me off before giving me the chance to do so. Has to do with the other people in my life - what commitments they're making on my behalf and the deadlines associated with that.

Still, best of luck to everyone on the Waitlist, I hope my loss is your gain.

Hello People,

I was initially slated to go to U of M, but now I am enrolling at NYU. Because of this, I will officially withdraw on Monday, hopefully a spot will open up for one of you. I am looking to unload my lease that I signed in Ann Arbor. It was a wonderful apartment with 5 other really cool grad students...1 other 1L. It was very reasonable priced and <10 minute walk to the Law School. If anyone wants to get information about this lease and help me out or knows someone who is looking for a place in Ann Arbor please private Message me or email the landlord mentioning you were interested. The house is within walking distance to the law school and was recently renovated with granite and new floors. It's fully furnished and each bedroom comes with its own plasma tv. I received an interest call on Tue. But haven't heard back since.
I was trying to find a case where an interest call is not followed by an offer...but found none (self-selection bias?).
Anyway, I am just being curious.

Don't give up. It's a pretty safe bet to say admissions is making more offers soon.

It seems to take around three to four business days for the admissions office to follow up an interest call with an offer. I was in your same shoes several weeks back--I got an interest call on a thursday and an offer the following tuesday. Congrats!

My guess is tomorrow as well.
Quoting from the waitlist faq:
"We anticipate making a select number of admits within the next two weeks, from among the small and very well-qualified remaining pool. The update should be posted prior to July 13, and two weeks from the post date would make it this Friday.
Hope everyone who has received the interest call will get the good news pretty soon!!
