I could be wrong, but my personal opinion is that Baylor is just more interested in GPA than in LSAT scores. In fact, most minor splitters (like myself) got no scholarship money last year, according to LSN. I think I was lucky to get what I got. But I'm probably not going to be able to go, because 26,000 a year is still hanging out there. I can't afford that. Maybe I should ask them for more.

Guys I applied here 1/9, DLS 1/27 and got accepted with the 30k a year scholarship. My GPA is atrocious and my LSAT is median.

My PS was awesome though so I think they are just being weirdly picky.

3.8 is not atrocious. My GPA is 3.37

FWIW I'm in Dallas too, my decision was mailed 12/14 and I received it 12/22.

eaper is totally right on this one. I'm in San Antonio and it took over a week to get to me after it showed "decision mailed".

I applied 1/24, Decision letter sent 1/27, and just got accepted w/ 21k scholarship. For both fall and summer.

3.26 gpa w/ 163 lsat

Got my letter. It was postmarked 2/6 so the "decision mailed" date def isn't exact. My deposit date is next week. Not fair at all after waiting this long.

I got 30k and can't even consider it.

Are you sure? My date is april 1. I dunno why they would give different dates to people. Ask them to extend it.

I applied for fall and my file went complete on 1/13 and still hasn't had any movement should I give them a call? my GPA 4.0x, LSAT 160.

Decision Rendered! Just waiting on the mail. Well, Baylor was a bit of a stretch for me (2.7/162). I am hoping my life's experience will do the trick. If not, still worth the try.

So I just called and was told that from "complete" then it goes to "decision made" -- and that there is no "under review" status. So I asked if mine had been reviewed and she said that I will "see a change online shortly to decision made."

This concerns me considering that my Summer decision letter is "in the mail" as of Tuesday aka it probably wont even get to my by 2/15...
