I emailed them a while back to see where they were on decisions, and they responded a day or so later stating that if an application was completed before 2012, then we should receive a decision by the middle of February.

I was accepted to the Day Program (officially with packet)

158, 3.5x non-URM

This is surprising. Applications must be down this year.

+2 . Congrats on the acceptance, not to rain on anyone's parade, but it's unusual to get accepted with these numbers.

At median GPA and at 25th for LSAT? Doesn't seem unusual to me as long as the app was put together well.

Well, yes. Schools generally try to lock up those candidates which will meet and/or push their incoming numbers up first, and ordinarily waitlist candidates who may be more on the edges of their range until they feel like they can get them in @ full tuition without detrimentally affecting their median numbers. Even then, they might prefer to opt for a splitter. To be clear, not shocked that it was an acceptance, shocked its an early acceptance. Well done.

Can anyone who accepted comment on whether or not the status checker changes during the day or right in the beginning of the day? I guess what I"m asking is since my date already says February 7th on the Application Complete screen, does that mean it's done updating for the day, or could it update later today?

I haven't been accepted so I can't comment on when during the day it updates.

My screen changed in the mid afternoon (AZ time). Wish I could tell you it only changed in the morning so you wouldn't have to check every 15 minutes. I think it can change at any time!

I am fairly certain that you need to actually complete some PT time first.

EDC last year was crazy. Day 1 - holy shit. Day 2 - one of the top 3 nights of my life. Day 3 - 6am = ready to curl up in a ball and sleep for the next week (which I did).

Complete since 12/22 -
all of these lower tiered schools are looking a lot more appealing with all this waiting I am doing. I'de love some sort of decision, good or bad just so that I can get on with the decision process.
