From what I've been seeing on this thread, it seems people with similar numbers keep pulling in 60K, so best of luck!

Thanks.

So, is anyone going to try and negotiate for a higher scholarship? I'm thinking about it.

Can you elaborate Red? Does anyone else know what USC's position on negotiating is?

25k/year. First school to offer me anything, so it's a nice feeling, but I've already decided to wait another year anyway.

Got my letter today. Pretty much what I expected but not as much as I had hoped. Has anyone tried negotiating with USC? I have 25k/yr from U of Minnesota and 27k/yr from Emory. Even a slight bump from USC would pretty much seal the deal.

Anyone care to comment on USC and negotiations? I am planning to contact them regardless but would like to know how receptive they are.

I thought negotiations were non-existent. if this is not the case, i am intrigued.ku1185 wrote:Anyone care to comment on USC and negotiations? USC is currently on the top of my list of schools but I need to make sure I don't exceed the debt limit I set for myself.

I did, but it was v. UCLA.... it might be worth it to shoot for a small bump. Be aware though that their offers tend to correlate very strongly with your numbers.ku1185 wrote:Anyone care to comment on USC and negotiations?
