I got it. It basically said no one has withdrawn and therefore the possibility that they will be making any offers is very small. It said if you have other plans to let them know so they I'll remove you from the wait list.
Anyways it sounds like we are out of luck.

Re: Waitlisted at UVa
Good afternoon. I write with a wait list update.
During the past week, none of those who have committed to attend UVA have withdrawn. Therefore, we have not been able to make any additional offers of admission. I think it is unlikely that we will be in a position to make many -- if any -- additional offers of fall 2011 admission.
That said, it is still possible that we will be notified of some withdrawals during the next 2-3 weeks. If this happens, we will make additional offers, one-by-one, as seats become available. If we are able to admit you, we will contact you by phone and by e-mail.
We understand that, given this late date, you likely are moving forward with firm plans to attend another law school. I would appreciate it if you would let me know if you are no longer interested in remaining on our wait list.
Thank you for your patience throughout this process.

Re: Waitlisted at UVa
Firstly, I'm sorry for those of you stuck on the wait list. I was lucky to be able to apply ED early this cycle and was admitted quickly.
Last cycle I had a 168 and decided not to apply as I saw the wait-list as an inevitable place to end up. It seems this year many still on the wait-list are reverse splitters, so there may still be the option to retake the LSAT.
Are many/any of you thinking of delaying your cycle by a year and trying again?
Hopefully we'll get to see some of you on campus either later this month or in a year.
