Not to be a buzzkill, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was no more action until September. All good law schools are pretty much full right now, so our only hope is either a) Someone in at UChi decides that law school can go pound sand and withdraws, or b) Someone at a better school tells law school to go fuck itself and withdraws, freeing up a spot for a WLer there, and that WLer is currently deposited at Chicago but decided to go to this other school instead. So, I'm not expecting a lot of movement.

I'm not even sure if I'd be able to go to Chicago now that I've signed a lease in Ithaca, but I'd sure try and make it happen.

I got in off the WL today. My stats are 3.78/170, but I'm a non-traditional applicant, so I'm not sure how much my stats were the or a deciding factor.

Thanks! I think I have my housing more or less figured out. I just need to get out of my current lease in NYC.

For those still waiting, it seems the WL movement is very slow b/c I was told that my offer was a result of someone's recent decision to defer. The dean of admissions called me this morning to assess my interest level. She said they would meet after lunch to review my application. Then she called me in the early afternoon with my offer.
