I just called to ask them a question about the application and there was a message that said the office was closed for a mtg between 1-3, so maybe we can expect something around 3:15 at the earliest today via email?

They're getting the remainder of the decisions ready for 3:15-3:30PM. I can feeeel it.

I'm hoping it's an emergency meeting. "There's a batch of students who seem really cool and stuff, but they don't have 4.0s and 180s. We accepted more than 25% of our class last year who had similar, or worse, numbers, so let's usher 'em in! Whaddya say, guys???"

Yeah, I assume it'll take a while. I work in admissions, too. We have Recruitment Plus and all the College Board software. Even though I don't know what it will be yet, I'm sure hoping there's some sort of decision out there waiting for me by now.

I may have missed this on the thread and if so, I appologize, but do we know of any "Holds" or rejections for ED yet? Or is it only grade requests and acceptances. If we know about "holds," how are they being sent out? I am a splitter, four years out of school... and beginning to go a little nuts.
