I just got in and I was wondering if anyone knows where we look on the web portal for our scholarship info? The email said to sign in and create an account and we will be able to access it. I created an account but cannot find the info anywhere.

Did they contact you to tell you that you had received a scholarship? The thought that I might have received a scholarship didn't even cross my mind, but if it wasn't in my email is it safe to assume that I didn't (and thus am not attending!)? Orrrr do I need to look it up somewhere?

Most scholarship information will be sent to you after the new year. You have to fill out the FAFSA and NeedAccess forms. People usually get letters in February.

I thought it would be in the acceptance package. I really want to go to American but it is expensive

gdane- I vaguely remember that we can figure out FAFSA starting January 1. Did I imagine this (it IS finals week, after all)? I kinda hope so, I'd like to catch my breath before I start filling that thing out again

You can fill out FAFSA and NeedAccess as soon as you have your tax information. After January 1st is correct.

Same here..I went from 12/2 to 12/10. They keep changing my status date. I think anytime the date changes, they review it again. At least that seems to be the case at most law schools.

Hmmmm I definitely think I'm going to withdraw soon. I don't see any point in hanging around just to get YP'd. Congrats to everyone who's in though! I hope the rest of your cycles go well!

Not necessarily.

Dont pay much attention to the complete dates. They're a mystery and it really seems like they dont mean anything.

I've gotten into better schools and don't wanna spend 3 years at American. I went to GW undergrad and it just wouldn't be the same type of DC experience.

since American released a bunch of decisions last Friday, is it likely that they'll be doing that again today?

It's hard to say.. on LSN it just doesn't really look like American had a trend to any of it's decision dates last year. They are all scattered! A couple of people got accepted this week last year and Monday of next week.

Anybody else get their checker updated to today being complete? I was previously complete 11/16.
