your #'s?

Anyone care to guess what #'s it will take to get 10K a year, 20K a year, and 30K a year?
170/2.2. Almost unacceptable.

Case gives out a lot of money. Then again, it's an expensive school for the area. It's hard to tell using LSN what will get you what, but there are some pretty big numbers with almost every 160+. The TLS thread from last year shows a lot of half-tuition scholarships all the way to full tuition. Snowpeach06 will have some pretty good insight into that since she was part of the thread last year and also part of this thread.

6 years post graduation work as an IT Manager. And I live in Cleveland. Some days I think I'm in. Others I don't. I take not being accepted on 12/6 as a sign, though.

There's not much mystery to the scholarships at Case. There are basically all increments of 5k/10k/15k/20k etc. up to full rides. Many of them are 'targeted' at certain students interested in certain things, but I do not know if this is anything more than cosmetic.

Generally, if you want a full ride, you need to blow their metrics away either absurdly in one category (get a 175+ or have a 4.0) or at least be in the 95% in both, ie, 168/3.8 and higher. Otherwise, what's on LSN is fairly helpful.

I will be interested to see if there is a change in their target numbers this year upward. Last year's class was oversubscribed by about 30 people. So, maybe they're being too generous.

How many of you are in-state/vs. out of state? Any Clevelanders?

Status finally changed to "Committee Review (Yes! It was spelled correctly this time!) 12/17". At least I haven't been rejected yet.

Weird. It opens fine on my mac, however it took quite awhile after getting admitted for me to able to actually log in to the admitted students site.

Just completed my app to Case. It's my first app. I'm excited to experience a new kind of anxiety.

Early December.

3.40/160 + Retake score in December which should be higher (Should being the key word)

Congrats. Will keep fingers crossed for the higher score. Hoping that I get a decision either way early in the new year.

My status checker is "Decision Rendered" 1/5/2011. No email or phone call though.

Should I be worried?

I got an email before I checked my status checker. No phone call, though. I don't know if you can read anything into your situation.

Doubt it. I have been complete since November 9th or so and my status checker changed on the 7th of December and I'm STILL in review. I sense a rejection for me..

Oh well, maybe Case just wants to wait until tomorrow and call me personally!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
