2010 Splitters Application Thread Forum

actually the past years' splitter threads set the GPA cutoffs as 3.0-3.3 and LSAT of 170+.

Anyone with a 3.5+ and a 170+ has no worry whatsoever at t-14 whereas us real splitters have to deal with a sweat just to get into 1 or 2 t-14 schools

Not that I really care that you guys participate in the thread but just saying we have way more anxiety as splitters than you 3.4+ people

Those damn GPA floors...

I need to build me a time machine and lecture my college self on how that 0.2 does make a difference.

Although, to be fair, I think URMs are more advantaged as reverse-splitters than regular splitters, just from anecdotal evidence.

I don't know what to consider myself other than a middling splitter, but GULC and Vandy seem to have liked me.

I'm an international applicant, and I wonder how the schools would feel toward foreign splitters haha..

Semi-splitter here: 3.4x/172. Accepted to GULC, BC, and Tulane w/ schollie so far. Surprised that LSP only has me at a Consider for GULC because I got in fast, and judging by fellow TLS folks with similar numbers, that is far from unusual. I'm hoping that means that LSP underestimated my chances at schools above GULC.
