If I'm to hear any good news at all, I'll probably go to committee review with my numbers.

That being said, I'll still be checking my phone obsessively all of next week, making sure to stay within areas of good cell coverage.

What's the area code, or do they call from an unlisted number.

I get at least 5-10 calls from out of state recruiters a week, I usually don't answer them but I don't want to miss.

Got a call from Durham the other day, such a let down... (ya I know Duke doesn't call but you have to answer it)

Does the status checker inform re: committee review? (or do they email you?)

The area code for Berkeley is 510. I don't know if he calls from an unlisted number.

1. If you go to FR, you will hear via email before status checker. If this happens, prepare to wait until at least February for the first FR notice email, and March for the first round of FR acceptances, April for the 2nd waive.

2. Yes, when they call a 510 number will come up on your phone.

Thanks for the twitter update!

Mine's been "submitted for review" since 11/1.
My third LOR arrived after that date. It's listed on the status page, but will it be considered during review?
Or do I have to ask them to consider it?

Submitted 11/10, under review on 11/15 by status checker, just got the UR e-mail today. Berkeley is a reach for me cuz of my GPA, but here's to hoping for good things and small miracles!

Sorry to be negative, but does anyone know if Boalt sends out rejections this early?

Kili wrote:Has anyone else checked the LSN graphs for Berkeley? I had a good laugh at the across-the-board rejections. I kinda expect to be a red dot among the many.
They're acceptance rate is something ridiculous like 11%, and yet their LSAT numbers are low relative to peer schools. So they're holistic, but in a way that makes it harder to get in.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
