Well, that was bad timing for a TLS outage. Emails have been sent out. 51 admits, 37 offers to the Wait List and 102 denials. As we did last year, we "offer" spots on our Wait List to applicants, and you must complete the online survey included in the email.

We will be moving the next batch of files into review shortly. Anyone who completed their file by November 10th will be in this next round. Decisions will be out on Friday, December 10th.

When you say you offer spots on the waitlist, do you mean that applicants have to request to be on it if they're offered?

And, how many people did you take off the list last year?

Well, shucks... Complete as of 11/11 according to the status checker Although I guess I'm stressed about one school decision for next week, might as well spread out the stress load!

I understand how time consuming posting here is...but I dont understand why more Universities dont do something like this. The transparency...the clear time commitment to answering our individual questions...the fact that the Dean of Admissions is willing to come to a place where a bunch of crazed hopefuls meet...it is actually quite "inspiring" (although that may be too strong of a word). I would certainly apply to schools whose representatives/Deans are willing to do what Dean Pless does for us around here.

The question that has been long in the back of my mind after finding this thread, and subsequently applying, is: "If they are so concerned and willing to help people who are not and many in fact will not be their students...how much more will such a University be willing to help me when I attend!" That's a good feeling to have about a potential school.

When you say "complete" by November 10th, does that mean the status "Complete from LSAC" or "File complete-ready for review" on that date? Thanks for being so helpful.
