Based on the fact that nobody has been accepted today from any date / sequence of UR, 2/17 is no different. So yes, it's a rejection / waitlist.klaw wrote:So UR 2/17 is rejection?
Edit: Looking at your LSAT and GPA, and my LSAT just reaffirms the rejection / WL. Our apps were looked at on the 17th, thrown at the bottom of the pile, and they just haven't reached us yet.

Regular waitlist. Seriously. You strung me along since October to send me to the regular waitlist? wtf.
Gtown, while a great school, is really not at the top of my list but c'mon. After all that? Grrr.

ED defer, rejected. How could they have handled this whole process so poorly? Even compared to other schools, GULC failed.

That had to be the worst worded rejection letter I have seen.
Bullcrap. You are able to approve it, you don't want to. There is a difference.unable to approve your application for admission

However, I am still shocked by some of these rejections (not mine of course, but others).

Yeah, there's nothing worse than someone rejecting you and trying to play it off as something out of their control, whether in a bar, a bed or a law school.

what pisses me off is that it put me as a strong consider (through LSP) for both hastings and GULC PT....both straight out dings...

LSP has been pretty off this cycle. Maybe all those schools really did consider my application strongly, but very few of them admitted me.PunjabiLower wrote:what pisses me off is that it put me as a strong consider (through LSP) for both hastings and GULC PT....both straight out dings...

Re: GULC Limbo (The Official "Held At Georgetown" Thread)
I went from "Under Review" a few days ago, to an email titled "Georgetown Law - Decision Rendered".
With a 171 and a ~3.3 , I got put on the standard waitlist. With my LSAT, I was hoping for at least preferred.
I'm reeling from this. GULC was my #1.
Maybe next year I'll apply earlier in the cycle.
