Accepted exactly two weeks ago... still no portfolio (but I got the letter). Anyone else still waiting for their portfolio?

They didn't start sending out the portfolio out until last week (printing delays according to the ASW). Oh, Congrats!!!

I was accepted two weeks ago too (Friday, Jan 22). I got my portfolio yesterday and I'm in Philly, so I bet yours is on it's way!

I could not make the ASW either because it seems that every school has the same ASW dates. You can actually schedule a private visit. Mine is next week. I am meeting with Dean Post for a half an hour, then taking a tour with a current student, sitting in on crim law with him, and then going to lunch with him. Took the office about 30 mins to schedule.

I got a call from a penn student in outlaw today. he was super friendly and gave me a very good impression of the gay-friendlyness of penn. looking forward to visiting very much now!

This thread is dead. People need to get more excited about Penn! I think Penn is the least loved of the T14 on TLS!

It's just too early. For a thread specifically created for people who are intending on attending....well, there are still too many people that are waiting on decisions from other places just yet.
Edit: my bad, I thought this was the c/o 2013 thread. You're right, more excitement needs to be had.

I am really excited about the possibility of going to Penn. The problem is, just yesterday I got the complete application email. Mind you I applied a month ago, and have already recieved decisions from two other schools that I applied to at the same time. Penn being slow is why there is no excitement here.

And yea, GULC and Cornell get verbally raped on this site, I am not sure about Duke though. The two threads (Duke class of.. and In at Duke) are popular as hell.\

Update: not "verbally", that doesn't make any sense. That was dumb.

I only submitted the FAFSA. There's no way I'll get financial aid if I claim my parents' income. It has made college wonderful; they wouldn't pay a cent and I couldn't get any aid.
