Exactly the same bro, and it'll make getting dinged feel even worse.

I find that going for long runs or playing a bit of games help
The trick is to have stats that are just good enough to justify applying, but not good enough to actually think you'll get in. That's the sweet spot right there.

Yeah seriously. Like I'm setting myself up for a hard fall because I've stopped resisting indulging my wildest law career fantasies.

I've likened the experience to purchasing a lottery ticket: just enjoy the high while it lasts.

HLS JD Admissions @hlsadmissions
We're back! After conducting Skype interviews from home during yesterday's snow storm, the admissions team is back in Austin Hall today.
8:41 AM - 10 Feb 2017
I can already hear the low roll of the drums echo across the country.

JS2's are coming.

Our time has come!!!

I'm going to ride this high until I get dinged. I'll treat every day like JS2 day.

I choose to believe that there will be acceptances today. I hope they sent that tweet out for a reason.
Let's all over-analyze this for a bit, k?

All of the JS2 wish-fulfillment in this thread has my hopes unhealthily up for this Friday. I blame y'all for my inevitable disappointment.

In that case, allow me to offer one of four posts needed here:

@hlsadmissions is not a particularly active twitter when it comes to producing their own content, mostly retweets of @Harvard_Law. When they do write their own tweets, they tend to be administrative updates (app deadlines, closing for holidays, etc.). This could be just another one of those updates as the office is open again. However, there is an exclamation point, which indicates a level of excitement not usually seen in these cursory updates. JS2s are coming today.

What time do the JS2 waves usually start during the day? Crossing my fingers there is one today. Hard not to get your hopes up after a JS1. Hoping the best for all of us!

If any admissions staff reads these forums, I'm sure they drag out the entire process as long as possible just because our anxious reactions and descent into madness is highly amusing to them

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
