Damn complete since 9/2 that's whack. I've been complete since 11/30; I'll most likely get waitlisted so I'd rather just hear it then wait and hope. Seriously W&M is fucking up just tell us already !!

I think we all like W&M; that's why were taking this wait badly. I mean it seems petty to keep us waiting for months even though they probably made up their minds months ago.

I am a bit perplexed as to how 167 and mid 3.4x/3.5x GPAs are getting the WL.

Their slow pace indicates other interests. I'm fairly certain they are working with the British to recapture the colonies.subtle wrote:I'm not really sure what W&M is doing over there.

You're just being kind. By other interests, you clearly mean other applicants.Justathought wrote:Their slow pace indicates other interests. I'm fairly certain they are working with the British to recapture the colonies.subtle wrote:I'm not really sure what W&M is doing over there.

Re: William & Mary 2011
Honestly, I feel like we've all been WL the instant we applied. W&M method of WLing is so backwards. They should just admit auto-admits (baring YP's) and WL everyone right off the bat.
Holding an application for 6 months is insulting, even more so since most of us are applying off fee waivers and have kick-ass LSAT/ GPA scores. If W&M wants to act like a t-14, then only admit t-14 numbers and don't hand out fee waivers like candy, otherwise they are losing out on a bunch of great potential 1L's by jerking y'all around.

Thanks for your comment. I'm afraid that my cellar is getting close to looking modest though. I blame it on those 6 months of my morbid status checker addiction.jplwine wrote:BTW, nice wine.LSAT Taker wrote:Complete 9/2

I honestly have a strong feeling that many of these decisions will be WL's but also a fair amount of admits. When I visited last month, I was given the impression there was still a lot of admitting to go. Dont lose hope people.

So another week to wait for a WL position and then another 4 months of being on edge and compulsively checking the status checker - sounds like fun, cant wait!

How was your visit? I'm planning on making the trip, but I probably won't be during ASW. Do you think I'll be missing out, or did your visit feel complete?TyrodTaylor wrote:I honestly have a strong feeling that many of these decisions will be WL's but also a fair amount of admits.
