my interview actually made me less nervous about not just WUStL but the whole process in general. The general consensus is that interview = in so its more of a sales pitch of WUStL than anything else really. I'm sure you'll do great - and if you get Mary Ann or Krystal you're in for a great interview experience :-D

Remember all of the good interview advice from a few pages back. That stuff is clutch.

Well, the interview is basically WashU saying, "We want to admit you, we just want to make sure you're not a sociopath first," so yeah, I say go for it!

In all seriousness, good luck man!

Didn't know it was Skype. And that'd depend on a couple of things I'm sure.

VERY IMPORTANT:

There MUST be smooth jazz playing softly in the background throughout the Skype call.

It also helps if you look off screen after the first five minutes and yell: "GET OUT OF HERE MOM! I TOLD YOU MY SKYPING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND!"

Then look back and creepily smile at your interviewer.

I get paid $120 for the personal days I don't use. Travel stipend will cover most of trip--especially if we split rooms. I'm guessing I'd spend $100ish bucks personal cash. I've already seen WUSTL. Net $220 loss worth it for March ASW? How cool are you guys exactly? Are you $220 cool?

$220 is less than my usual rate, but sure.

Once, a young boy came up to me and asked how cool I was. I told him I couldn't really quantify my coolness in dollar amounts, but I would try to make an estimate based on his needs. So I asked him what he was looking for in terms of coolness. He said, "Oh, I need about $3.50."

It was at this point I realized that young boy was actually a 50ft tall monster from the paleolithic period.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
