It took exactly a week from being able to access the ASW to award notice last year. I'd give it till Thursday to be sure.

My decision was made 11/02 and my scholarship letter was sent 11/24, so I wouldn't assume anything yet!

My guess is that it is. 22.5k * 3 = 67.5k, or the maximum scholarship amount they give to non-Darrows.

I am pretty sure it is per year. last year a lot of people with our numbers got 67,500 total.

It is definitely, definitely per year. I posted on the last page of this thread that I verified the amount on ASW with the letter I got in snail mail and the amount listed on ASW is 100% definitely per year.

Don't know about historically, I guess LSN is the best way to check that.
But they are this year. On my ASW, they sent me a Dean's Scholarship Award Letter (have yet to receive, but the amount is $15k on ASW, so $45k total).

3.52 LSAC reported GPA
171 LSAT

I would guess that the scholarship was awarded because I had leadership experience in undergrad. I would say I spent 20-30 hours any given week being president/coordinator/chair/coach etc. on my extracurriculars. I also continued after graduating with one of the roles (still in that role this year).

Their site states that the Dean's schollys are based on "academic achievement" and "demonstrated leadership," so don't lose hope if you're a splitter!

From the 2014 thread, not exactly. Someone quoted the Dean's blog, which advised (and repeated said advice) that students are welcome to show them their other offers from schools. It does not say they would match it.

FYI about keeping your scholarship from her blog:
If Michigan Law gives you a merit scholarship, you keep it so long as you have a full courseload and maintain a 2.0 GPA. If you don’t maintain that GPA, you have a larger problem than keeping your scholarship: you are on academic probation. (from 5/5/11).

$10,000 per year. Like a couple other people in this thread, I called them and they confirmed that the amount on ASW was yearly, not total.
