When did all of you apply/go complete? I've been complete since early October, still no JSx or decision rendered... :/

It would be reassuring to know that the status checker saying "application complete" at this point means you're safe for today

Any speculation as to if those of us without a JS1 and whose status checkers still show us at complete are safe today? I have little hope at this point (complete as of late October) but still hanging on a bit.
i am in your boat too.

sympathy to all dings. it will (likely) come for me too some day.

Who is the owner of the spreadsheet? The algorithms for GPA quartiles need to be fixed so that people in 51-74% show up correctly.

These are dangerous times we're living in my friends.

Do they send acceptances on the same day as rejects or do they just like to spend the entire day making people cry?

Benwyatt. Just post your issue in the 2015-2016 spreadsheets thread and he'll fix it

Same (first few days of December to be specific). No JS1 either. Just clinging to hope that I am safe for the day since my application still says complete. Have any December applicants been rejected so far?

My status checker says "Decision Rendered", I just haven't gotten the email yet. Looks like today might be a bit of a bloodbath. God speed, everyone.

Very sorry to hear about all the dings today and especially vets like you. I believe military should be a much stronger soft than it currently is.

God bless, and good luck wherever you end up going and/or transferring.

What's the lowest GPA anyone's ever heard getting in? Or at least waitlisted? I'm sure I'm going for the record.

I appreciate that. Unfortunately, since I was a medically discharged before my commissioning (two years as an enlisted reservist) I don't count as a veteran for admissions purposes. It's a weird sort of limbo because all of my active duty service was training, which doesn't count towards your veteran status when you're coded as a reservist.

Honestly I probably just should have included my military service, but it didn't feel right considering I've got classmates who are deployed right now and I'm sitting here at home. It's listed in my resume and I discuss it in my personal statement, so if they want to consider it they can.

Sorry, that's way more info than was warranted. Like I said I appreciate the sympathy and good luck to you as well.

Was your discharge service connected?

Hey all I have a couple questions

Does everyone get a phone call to notify that an interview is desired? Or is it ever just done by email?

Does everyone interview? Or are there direct admits?

Here. Complete 12/2 and no change on my status checker atm.

I probably have a ding coming my way though.

per mylsn it looks like last year they admitted a handful of people on the same day, but in past years they've had days reserved only for rejections.

You get an email notifying you that you've been selected for an interview. You get a phone call notifying you that you've been admitted, unless you're international or super late in the cycle, in which case it may be by email.

All people who are admitted are also interviewed. It's necessary, but not sufficient.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
