I mean, I don't know if you shouldn't - but you should be able to just say why you're genuinely excited about one clinic more than others. It can just be that you find the work they do really interesting or personally fulfilling.

I'm not an expert, but I think enthusiasm for a clinic doesn't have to be demonstrable from past experience, or else how would people ever be able to get involved in new areas of interest?

How long did you all make your resumes? I condensed mine down to one page without making too many cuts, but I just noticed that some schools (e.g. Duke) specify that you don't have to limit it to one page. Can't decide if I should expand for schools without a limit, or just keep it nice and concise for everywhere.
