Ah well that's what I was assuming! I've lost hope for the scholarship but maybe they'll still come through.bretby wrote:No, I think what that means is that your application was not even forwarded to the scholarship committee for consideration. You're just in the general pool now with the rest of the plebs.taketwo wrote:Still nothing. Especially annoyed as I applied in December for a named scholarship and from what I gathered from here people received word if they were finalists or rejected for the scholarship a few weeks ago...I mean it just seems logical that I would have heard from Admissions around the same time.
Here's to another week of waiting!

I'm under review, but admissions hasn't updated my status since late December. When is it OK to call and ask what's up?

When does the cycle for class of 2019 start? I think they might as well just push my application into that pile.

Where does it say 1 versus 2? My "under review" date hasn't changed since I've been complete but I don't know if that's "UR1"

I only recall the online status check one.greenapples wrote:Did everyone receive two emails from NYU after submitting an application? One titled "Online Status Check" inviting us to monitor our app, and another one for saying they received and processed my application.
