How late a complete date might be included in this wave?

I'm still incomplete. I interviewed quite some time ago...
My interviewer has contacted me saying he submitted the interview already too.

Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2017 Applicants (2013-2014 cycle)
Weird. Yesterday our wonderful spreadsheet said the avg # of days between complete and decision for all applicants was 32. The avg # for applicants who INTERVIEWED was 38. Now the spreadsheet says 30/20 respectively. Big change.
Today is day 20 of being complete for me. But I don't feel today is the day.
Good luck to everyone!!!

If the tweet is to be taken at face value, perhaps today is the first day I don't want a decision to come. Another waitlist would be quite damaging to my health.

Does anyone else get a little annoyed by Johan's tweets/style? It's like he's playing a game with us with his cryptic tweets and subliminal YouTube videos. God complex?

Curious as well. Also curious as to whether NU looks at Incomplete apps if they are just waiting on an interview. My guess is no, but that would be nice. Might mean a quicker turnaround for those of us who waited a while for our interviews.Arrow4Christ wrote:How late a complete date might be included in this wave?

Do you think the tweet is referring to rd only or ed held too? It seems like he addresses those two categories separately sometimes.

Still complete as of early September myself. 174-176, 3.9x, no interview or Why Northwestern.Michigan1442 wrote:Is it a bad sign for my status checker to still be on my first complete date (late Sept)? Is anyone else in this boat?
Didn't interview with an alum due to my location...but did write a why Northwestern.
I think they forgot about me.

Contact the admissions office, and they'll likely tell you they just forgot to update your status checker, and change it to complete. This happened to me. The downside is that I don't actually know when I actually went complete, making it harder to guess when I may hear back.ManoftheHour wrote:I'm still incomplete. I interviewed quite some time ago...

I've only recently started following them. I, for one, am glad I'm not getting a decision today.Ricky-Bobby wrote:Playing with fire, Jacky.SplitMyPants wrote:Nice try, Johann.Jacky88 wrote:Does anyone else get a little annoyed by Johan's tweets/style? That's what the tweet made it seem like...I've gotten into six other schools ranked higher than NU too, so I definitely wasn't expecting to not get in here (I have sig. work experience).
Hope that I'm wrong, because NU is really where I wanted to end up

My read is that today is going to be a lot of waitlists/denials. I'm hoping for all of you here that I'm wrong, but that's what it seemed to me.scoobers wrote:Why do you say that?Attax wrote:I've only recently started following them. I'm thinking today is a big WL day. They are due for one. I just hope I'm not on the list

I think he/she meant "how can you be glad you're not getting a decision today" aka how do you know you're not getting a decision today.Attax wrote:My read is that today is going to be a lot of waitlists/denials.
