Is it weird that they keep emailing me even though I have been sentenced to the waitlist? I don't mind because I am really wanting to make my way off the list at some point, but I keep thinking its going to be something along of the likes of "we looked at your application again and we have finally come to our senses and want to offer you admission...and scholarship...and stipend...and use of the dean's personal car...please take us back!" but get disappointed when its just them telling me about their international law program.

No I don't think it's weird, you are probably just on the mailing list at this point. There is an option on those e-mails to get off the list. I wouldn't read much into it. Good luck getting off the WL, have you written a LOCI?

No I don't think it's weird, you are probably just on the mailing list at this point. There is an option on those e-mails to get off the list. I wouldn't read much into it. Good luck getting off the WL, have you written a LOCI?

You'll have to consult an authentic local country person who sold out and goes to drink in the city. I can point you to a noisy bar with live music 50 miles from the river, if that helps.

There are some different bars down on the Landing, but I have no idea about in CWE or the Loop.

They have no idea about WL yet, maybe you just got their advertisement and dont think too much about that. Another example, a school waitlist me and then sent me an email about MFR which is only for the admitted international applicant , you know, nothing happened till now. Just sit tight and wait for your final decision.

They are opening up a PBR bar in ballpark village.

There is also the electric cowboy, but it is way the fuck out in St. Peters. Also the Gramaphone and Broadway Oyster Bar are both venues which will semi-regularly have small country bands/country nights.

There are like, 5 or 6 whiskey and cigar bars around St. Louis which aren't really "country" but prob closer than anything else you will find outside of the above bars.
