Does anyone know if NYU still averages multiple LSAT scores? I know it says so on their website, but is that still accurate?

NO. NYU is the most predictable school in the T14. Get the numbers, get the calldormgirl76 wrote:Does anyone know if NYU still averages multiple LSAT scores? I know it says so on their website, but is that still accurate?

Dumb Question:
Obviously it is part of decisions, but can someone tell me what DLS stands for exactly?

Anyone stuck at a super early UR1 date? Should we assume wl/reject if this is the case?

Re: NYU c/o 2017 Applicants Thread!
I posted this in the NU thread just a bit earlier, and I think it might explain the delay:californiauser wrote:Anyone stuck at a super early UR1 date? Should we assume wl/reject if this is the case?
Just got a really interesting email from Wake Forest. I think it could be relevant for many schools though:
"This is an especially volatile year in law school admissions necessitating adjustments to our standard operating procedures... However, this year circumstances may dictate a longer and more thorough review for many of our applicants. Given the decline in applications nationally we are more carefully considering all applicant credentials and experiences in the context of a declining pool and more competitive market."

That's the best kind of surprise right there. It's like getting a gigantic cake for your birthday, but it's a lemon cake which is the worst, but that's okay because a person in a swimsuit bursts out and hands you a letter from the admissions office with your decision inside.JustHawkin wrote:samoby wrote:Decision letter sentJustHawkin wrote:Dumb Question:

Yeah I'm going with this as well - I've definitely resigned myself to a non-acceptance.phillywc wrote:I have been operating on this assumption.californiauser wrote:Anyone stuck at a super early UR1 date? Should we assume wl/reject if this is the case?

What do you mean by 'super early UR 1 date'? I have been UR 1 since like December 10.... Numbers are straight at both medians...alex.cm wrote:Yeah I'm going with this as well - I've definitely resigned myself to a non-acceptance.phillywc wrote:I have been operating on this assumption.californiauser wrote:Anyone stuck at a super early UR1 date? If I haven't applied yet, should I even bother applying at this point? Should I even bother applying for any of the scholarship?

Apply to the school? Yes. I think the deadlines for all the scholarships have passed, though, but look at the info for the specific scholarships you're interested in.China Spy wrote:If I haven't applied yet, should I even bother applying at this point?
