Waitlisted today... fairly disappointed. I liked the city of Boston.

My status updated to 4/1.
This is my second post-complete (third total) date. Has there been a discernible pattern?

Well, I sent a negotiation letter to them over a week ago, and they just emailed me this morning to say they were sending it along to the committee. Maybe they've been focusing on you guys in the interim! Or they're just slow? I'll root for the former. Good luck!

Edit: Does anyone know if your status update page changes if you get a scholarship aka something will be listed under the "Mailings" area?

Waitlisted as well. 3.1 169. Complete in december. Rather disappointed if I'm being honest.

I'm guessing we won't hear a whole lot from BC this week, they have an ASD tomorrow. I hope I'm wrong.

Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
Hi, I haven't really posted much on TLS or this thread, but I've pretty much narrowed down my law school choices and BC is at the top of my list. Just some info that might be helpful to some of you, I've actually found BC to be one of the most prompt and helpful schools I've dealt with. When I visited they were very communicative and contacted me about directions, times, etc. more than any other school. I applied early and heard about acceptance early, but it did take awhile for scholarship info to come. However, once it did I was able to negotiate for additional money fairly quickly. So they definitely seem receptive to negotiation, but when I last communicated with them they said they are getting a lot of requests now so their responses may be delayed a bit.
I love BC's campus, atmosphere, and reputation, but one concern I do have, as a few others have noted, is their decline in rank and employment stats. Although I like that they dont seem to rely on school funded positions. But do any of you all know if there was a particular change that caused the drop in employment numbers/clerkships this yr. Also, as others mentioned, I would love for them to decrease class size, do any of you know if they are leaning this way?

Don't know about class size however the decline in clerkships is partly due to bc eliminating school funded clerkships which is good though the federal clerkship rate is a little lower than I had hoped.

Went decision rendered today, for those accepted, did you get an email? If so, how long did it take?

Same. Have scholarship decisions been coming via email or snail mail?

Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
My understanding is that they come predominantly through email.lili_yums wrote:TUICE wrote:Mid-march.lili_yums wrote:When did you get your acceptance?TUICE wrote:O scholarship info, where art thou?
