Well, I've officially withdrawn. With that, my cycle is over, save a Stanford rejection.
I couldn't be happier. Good luck to those still waiting!

I'm sure you'll both get in!KevinP wrote:Same here. I think we should have perhaps EDed to UPenn instead of to Columbia.cogitoergosum wrote: Oh gosh, I really want to go to Penn...

So what about people like me..10/25 submit, had two updates 12/21 & 1/10..and didn't hear anything. Doesn't even make sense. Oh well.

Also me. Not a good penn candidate (splitter), so doesn't look like a hot date to be.zoohoo wrote:Mejpal13 wrote:Anyone UR first time 12/19 and no second UR? What was your result? WL, reject, accept?no response yet...

Don't say that smumps! Looking at LSN, I think you have fine numbers for Penn. My split's further than yours and I'm still hoping for good news from them!Smumps wrote:Also me. Sorry to hear about the Chicago/Penn waitlists. If it's any consolation, I do think we'll see far more movement on the waitlists this cycle than in any of the last couple of cycles.Tiago Splitter wrote:Waitlisted
Thank you! If worst comes to worst, I'll be fully ready to ride out the waiting list.iamrobk wrote: I'm sure you'll both get in!

I totally agree about the waitlist thing, FWIW. Definitely think there will be noticeably more movement on them.KevinP wrote:Sorry to hear about the Chicago/Penn waitlists. Re: Penn c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
A decent amount of people get admitted via the WL later in the cycle. Throughout the summer. If you want to get in, stay on it and make a good faith effort to impress and show commitment. Nothing to lose.iamrobk wrote: I totally agree about the waitlist thing, FWIW. Definitely think there will be noticeably more movement on them.

Yup me too, I'm an admit for Penn on LSP, so I'm hoping I get in. Hopefully they didn't forget about us.zoohoo wrote:Mejpal13 wrote:Anyone UR first time 12/19 and no second UR? What was your result? WL, reject, accept?no response yet...

So are the next decisions going to be Friday, or could we see movement earlier?

As one of the many 12/19ers stuck in limbo, I am praying for a decision this week.

Will the people who haven't heard last Fri have to wait til this Friday for a potential response?
Submitted early Nov, UR 12/21
