Thanks! Just posting so people have a little more data to chew over. Cornell seems to be taking their sweet time.PRgradBYU wrote:Haha as if there's any chance you'll end up there... you're in at Columbia! Congrats!jselson wrote:It'll be four weeks Thursday for me. Have we seen any low end GPAs (lets say under 3.2) get an accept at Cornell in this thread? Or does their seem to higher cut off, regardless of LSAT

Not sure about this thread, but LSN doesn't look too promising.emarxnj wrote:Have we seen any low end GPAs (lets say under 3.2) get an accept at Cornell in this thread? Or does their seem to higher cut off, regardless of LSAT

Nobody's gotten in with below 3.2 and no non-URMs with sub-170 LSAT and sub-3.4 have gotten in either.

Bout what I figured, huge longshot here. Wondering why they've even kept me dangling this long.Lavitz wrote:Not sure about this thread, but LSN doesn't look too promising.emarxnj wrote:Have we seen any low end GPAs (lets say under 3.2) get an accept at Cornell in this thread? Not a URM, no. I do have strong softs (or at least I think so). Two-time editor-in-chief, part-time marketing job, internship, summer language program, volunteer activities.romanticegotist wrote:Helllooooo, number twin! This bodes well. Ftr, I applied the first week of November, was accepted on 12/12, and sent in my essay in the middle of January.

Thanks. I'm wondering if I missed out on any big money by being a December test taker. We shall see!Jaqen wrote:Ftr, I applied the first week of November, was accepted on 12/12, and sent in my essay in the middle of January.

You people are giving me hope with my 166. I don't know if this hope is a good or a bad thing, but I really hope I get in or at least WLed.

I haven't received a decision yet, but should I still fill out all the financial aid forms now to be considered for merit aid/need based aid even if I don't have my tax return completed?

Checking in. Just went complete today after submitting on the 9th. I'm below the GPA floor but with apps down I thought it'd be worth a shot.

Just checking in. With a 3.25/166 I have no idea how I haven't been rejected yet, but I'm hoping for a miracle.

I went complete on around 1/10, 14, 27, 30 (give +/- 2 days, don't exactly remember now), but for some reason I am yet to hear from them. I don't understand why 3rd update rule doesn't apply to my case

I've had three post-complete updates as well, the most recent being the 31st, and I haven't heard from them yet either. ugh!Ramsey wrote:I went complete on around 1/10, 14, 27, 30 (give +/- 2 days, don't exactly remember now), but for some reason I am yet to hear from them. I think I got my result roughly a week after my third update, so today may be the day!bookside wrote:I've had three post-complete updates as well, the most recent being the 31st, and I haven't heard from them yet either. ugh!Ramsey wrote:I went complete on around 1/10, 14, 27, 30 (give +/- 2 days, don't exactly remember now), but for some reason I am yet to hear from them. Shit, yo.
I just went complete. 1/3 submit.
Should expect a decision by "mid to late April"
