Yes I did. I'm going with a definite WL for me as I submitted 9/15. I'm pretty upset as I really and truly love Mich and would be more than happy to attend.

Well, yes, though I should ammend my previous "would be more than happy to attend" to "would be more than happy to attend if offered a substantial scholarship". Which, after being WL, may not be so possible.

If I recall correctly, in the past people have sent LOCIs to MVP, been admitted immediately and given scholarship money.

I wouldn't be so sure that you are a W/L. I am 3.9 with 167 not URM without a Why Michigan and got accepted, so you definitely will. Maybe they are just being quirky with the timing of responses and submits dates.

I wouldn't be so sure that you are a W/L. I am 3.9 with 167 not URM without a Why Michigan and got accepted, so you definitely will. Maybe they are just being quirky with the timing of responses and submits dates.

I believe elibrarian is more worried about a W/L for yield protection purposes.

I'm new here and don't really understand the system for acceptance/rejection... I had "decision" listed on my status checker and was able to log into the admitted students website. Does that mean for sure I'm in?
