In the same boat with you again, applied 1/20 and nothing yet :|
Applied mid-January and also nothing.
Submitted 1/12 and alumni interviewed 2/11. For those that got ding emails who did it come from? I'm thinking maybe I missed it or it went to my spam folder?
Ok so it seems I'm right in line with not having heard anything yet. I submitted 1/28. I am going down to DC next week to visit GW, so it would be nice to have a decision by then (yeah, right haha).

My status has been "Application Completed" for quite some time. Any idea what this means?

Mine is too, and I was accepted back in October. The GULC status checker isn't very helpful unfortunately, just keep trying to log on to the accepted students page to see if you're in.

At the bottom Georgetown says to give it a few business days to update the Requirements List but it's been almost a month for me and my Requirements List remains blank. Is it supposed to be that way?

FYI for those of you asking about merit scholarships -- you need to email them first to tell them you are interested. The yellow form is only for need aid.
I didn't get any info about scholarships until after I emailed them about it. Now I have one.

Are acceptances still mailed in the small envelope, or are some coming by email now?

Can someone else confirm this? I was recently accepted and assumed that I had missed the most recent wave of schollys.

Do you mind sharing your wording for that email?

Are you referring to emailing them in response to their feeler email or just soliciting? I k ew soliciting was always an option but I did not know it was necessary to get any offer...

Did anything change on your status checker prior to trying it? Also, what's the link?

I hope I don't have to make that decision....[/quote]

Yeah I mean I literally can't go without a scholarship and I hate to give up on Georgetown but this whole "alternate" list has got thrown me for a loop

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
