Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2017 Applicants (2013-2014 cycle)
What I sensed from my interview was that NU values all full time work experience regardless of whether it was pre or post graduation. I'm practically KJD, but my interviewer was very impressed with my 2~3 years of working full time on top of a full course load. She implied that internships, part time, and school jobs were nothing unique for the average law school applicant.str8yolked wrote:Quick question: We all know NU loves work experience, but what about KJDs with substantial work experience? Does that count?
I apologize if this should be posted elsewhere.

A guy can hope, although I submitted awhile back, it took me sometime to get my interview so I didn't go complete until mid January, so I have almost no hope of getting a decision for at least a few weeks based on my estimations.gobears!! wrote:not sure but it is probable. I think the first of these Wednesday decisions 3 weeks ago had 2 waves, but I'm still not holding my breath.capt_slow wrote:Has there ever been two waves in one day?

I've come to terms with the realization that I'm simply not going to get a verdict on my application. Ever.

The article says the money will be used to build a new high-tech classroom. Bummer, I was really hoping for a full ride plus $850,000 stipend.yossarian71 wrote:Hopefully some of us will be seeing that $1M donation. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Savner!
