First faculty review wave timeline:

A) 1/23: Faculty review notifications sent
B) 2/14: Admission decisions sent [22 days after (A)]
C) 2/18: Denial and waitlist notifications sent

Second wave: (probably)

A') 2/21: Faculty review notifications sent.
B') 3/14: Admissions decision notifications [21 days after (A')]
C') 3/17-3/18: Denial and WL notifications

I'm actually optimistic for an admit wave on Wednesday and then dings/WLs around Friday. We'll see, though - it would mean a slightly faster turnaround than people saw in FR1.

In that case, I will try to refrain from checking this thread and my Berkeley status checker on Wednesday and Thursday. That way, if I'm dinged and your optimistic timeline is correct, I can still enjoy a couple more days of hope that acceptances go out on Friday and WL/dings next week =)

I'm sure you'll get in though! I'd just want to know by Friday if I got WLed/rejected, since my final exams start next week and I don't want to be distracted by bad news.
