I applied as a non-resident. I heard that they are more selective with CU undergrads, but I don't know how true that is.

I got a slightly different response asking the same question (before I saw it posted here) -- They told me that they hope to get them out in the next couple of weeks.

Maybe the response was from two different people? Maybe they want me to wait longer than Krad?

Haha, thats probably the reason Krad didn't want to quote it verbatim because it went something like this. "Krad your scholarship is in the mail and should have arrive sometime this week or early next week, but definitely before the open house."

lolllll no. I'd be like, WoOoOo SCHOLLY if that were the case. It referenced scholly letters in general With the way mine was worded, I read it as some have been mailed out and that they expect to have others out before the Open House which is at the end of next week (right?). That could also be worded as 'the next couple of weeks' maybe? Who knows! My contact said s/he mails them out, FWIW. Wait wait wait, it's all we dooooo!

Just notified via email that I received a travel stipend for the March ASW.

Interesting as many acceptees were recently notified by email that travel funds were unavailable.

Interesting as many acceptees were recently notified by email that travel funds were unavailable.

I was very surprised and happy because I got that same email originally.

No, I finished law school a long time ago. Occasionally I advise applicants, however.

Stop telling yourself that you need that full ride to Indiana. All the cool kids are going to Colorado. Plus, Krad said she would bake cookies the first week for her entire section... How can you turn down that offer?

CU was always under the radar for me, but the prospect of some potentially badass classmates has me reconsidering Can't wait for this ASD.
