How do you even submit an updated resume? Do you just email it to them?

Yeah just send them a short email saying that since you submitted your application, you have been promoted/have received an award/whatever. Include your LSAC # and attach it. They should email you back saying they have added it to your file (at least this is what I have always done with app updates)

Nothing unexpected, even though I really don't think you can determine much at all from these groups for schools (maybe a bit more for Yale since ratio of admits to attend is so high). Remember that not every admit joins the group especially at this point, and not every person in the group is an admit from this cycle (deferrals, current students, admissions).

But with 235 total admits, not much breathing room left...

Actually it is "235 total new admits." So, with deferrals constant at 40+ it is just educated guessing about new admits.
