Cool. Thanks!Eugenie Danglars wrote:You're fine. Really.
Inorite. I'm not even expecting good news, I just hunger for more attention from NU like a lovesick teen with the popular guy at school. >_>elibrarian wrote:Is it December yet?
I figured it was time to demonstrate my love, visually.crumpetsandtea wrote:Inorite. I'm not even expecting good news, I just hunger for more attention from NU like a lovesick teen with the popular guy at school. >_>elibrarian wrote:Is it December yet?
PS: LOVE YOUR TAR!!
It's such a beautiful shot. I'm sad I've never had the opportunity to see NU in the spring or summer, just in the fall/late winter. So jelly that you're visiting, btw. Do you have family there? And please do!!! XDelibrarian wrote:I figured it was time to demonstrate my love, visually.
Also, am going to Chicago tomorrow and will send "accept us all" vibes to NU whilst I am there.
Complete today! They responded to my email at 9am and I was complete by noon. I love them.crumpetsandtea wrote:Well I'm sure you'll be okay <3 <3 Hope to see you at this year's ASWfranklyscarlet wrote:Just not compete yet. Don't worry crumps, it's me being paranoid!
I've been impressed by their quick and friendly responses. Now if they would just start sending out decisions...franklyscarlet wrote:Complete today! I went back to my status checker and it says to leave 6-8 weeks for them to process and review the complete apps STARTING DEC 1 D:!!!!!!!!!!! FFFMMMLLLLLLLSamara wrote:I've been impressed by their quick and friendly responses. Now if they would just start sending out decisions...
Saw that too... Thinking they received a record number of ED apps... Guess end of year is out the window...crumpetsandtea wrote:I went back to my status checker and it says to leave 6-8 weeks for them to process and review the complete apps STARTING DEC 1 D:!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh, I know. Surely that's the absolute ceiling though, right?crumpetsandtea wrote:I went back to my status checker and it says to leave 6-8 weeks for them to process and review the complete apps STARTING DEC 1 D:!!!!!!!!!!! See previous few posts. No decisions yet. We are pretty sure that is a standard message given out as the "ceiling" for processing time. There's also rumors of a record number of ED apps, so it's hard to say how quickly decisions will come.Tim0thy222 wrote:I'm curious, has NU started giving anyone decisions yet?
I went complete yesterday after having my interview last week. The header at the top of my status check page says 6-8 weeks after December 1st for a decision. Is that accurate? Or is it moving more quickly than that?
Yeah, this takes my 1% chance down to -eleventybillion%emkay625 wrote:This record number of ED apps business makes me sad. I wasn't expecting to get in ED, but I was hoping it would give me a boost in RD once I got held from ED. Now I am thinking this is not the case.
I applied RD and mine also says 6-8 weeks from 12/1, so I'd guess you ED folks will still get your decisions on the early end of that timeframeSamara wrote:See previous few posts. No decisions yet. They went from giving $0 to $150,000. The heightened number of apps had to be expected, but I doubt their medians will be impacted much, if at all. Emkay you are in good shape with your numbers.emkay625 wrote:This record number of ED apps business makes me sad.
