Cool
170-174 up is misleading cuz 170 went up by a lot while 171-174 down.

If I did the math right, there are less >=173 scorers than in 2014-2015 which was the lowest cycle in recent history. H let a lot of 174 + 3.5x and 3.6x people in that cycle. Hell, a 173/3.33 got in.jjcorvino wrote:Freaked out enough to drop their GPA floors?curry1 wrote:Adcoms in Cambridge, New Haven and Palo Alto are freaking out right now.jjcorvino wrote:"LSAT scores 165 - 169 DOWN 11.6%, 170 - 174 UP 1.1%, 175 - 180 DOWN 26.1%. I am looking at that graph right now. That does give me a bit of home. A lot of red around there though.curry1 wrote:If I did the math right, there are less >=173 scorers than in 2014-2015 which was the lowest cycle in recent history. So along that thread, a 177/3.14 has a small change, right? *lol* I can dream..curry1 wrote:If I did the math right, there are less >=173 scorers than in 2014-2015 which was the lowest cycle in recent history. Well, I hurt their medians just as much as you. Numbers wise a 177/3.4 is pretty much the same as a 177/3.14. It seems like it doesn't work like that though. 3.5 hurts them just as much, but there are way more 3.5x accepted than anything in the 3.4x rangesorence wrote:So along that thread, a 177/3.14 has a small change, right? *lol* I can dream..curry1 wrote:If I did the math right, there are less >=173 scorers than in 2014-2015 which was the lowest cycle in recent history. Yeah, it's a bummer. I keep telling myself that they'll see the upward trajectory but eh, who ever knows. I've seen about three LSN users get in with comparable GPAs and all are URM so I'm likely chasing a pipe dream, but I suppose that's what dreams are for.jjcorvino wrote:Well, I hurt their medians just as much as you. That is my hope too. My last six semesters of school averaged over 3.9. That one year killed me.sorence wrote:Yeah, it's a bummer. Oh, what I would do to retake freshman year..Dr.Degrees_Cr.Cash wrote:Looking at past LSN graphs I would kill to go back and get my GPA a few points above 3.8, it's like there's a hard line right where I'm at between very strong likelihood of acceptance and straight crap-shoot :/
I would drop an I'll advised Spanish minor I never even ended up completing. I didn't even need the credits either, could have just played video games an extra 3 hours a week and been a stronger candidatepoptart123 wrote:Oh, what I would do to retake freshman year..Dr.Degrees_Cr.Cash wrote:Looking at past LSN graphs I would kill to go back and get my GPA a few points above 3.8, it's like there's a hard line right where I'm at between very strong likelihood of acceptance and straight crap-shoot :/
