I got an email last Thursday. It contained my acceptance letter and scholarship info and said they had sent the box.

Does anyone have any experience or remember seeing anywhere how Vandy reacts to double depositing?
The deposit form doesn't make any mention of it being binding, but having only the single deposit makes me wonder.

Also, I know the official word is they don't negotiate, and most people have not had any luck with it, but has anyone had success or recall seeing someone else have success?

You can always try, but personally, I think the chances are so slim that it's not worth throwing away the $750 deposit.

I'm almost certainly going to Vandy, I'm just wondering if it would be worth another deposit elsewhere to try and squeeze even a couple grand out of them.

Ah, gotcha. It's a personal decision. I can barely afford Vandy's deposit, so I'm not really in a position to double-deposit. I think that they won't be able to see that you're double deposited until May 15th.
