Went under review today, how long until response normally?

When did you go complete? I went "File complete; Ready to Review" on 2/2, and there have been no changes as of yet.

Question -- I submitted my scholarship form and got the notification they'd received it on 2/15. Today, I got a large envelope in the mail from the Office of Student Affairs with some welcome brochures and stuff about student organizations and journals, as well as a letter from the office of admissions "welcoming me to the duke law community." .... but there is nothing in there about scholarships (not even a "sorry, but none for you" line). For anybody whose received their scholarship notification already, what else was with the letter or was the letter all on its own? Thanks!

--also, my status checker hasn't changed to say that the scholarship info has been mailed; however, I'm local and for the first welcome packet mailing, I received it before my status checker showed it had sent.

Scholarship info should come in a regular envelope from the financial aid office. And the status checker will be updated when they mail it. Which for you might be just the day before.

I went into first review 2/6 and second on 2/28, still waiting to hear.

I would want to say that it depends .. numbers def. play a role .. people with great numbers seem to have a quicker turn around time. My first UR was on 1/30 .. nothing since ..

Edit: Just updated to 3/5. Duke is definitely a reach school, and I am mentally prepared for a WL/ding.

Is there any type of correlation between several review dates and decisions that anyone knows of? I'm just confused as to why I underwent a second review date, I should have been a reject.

Maybe they like to pool all rejects for administrative convenience ... I don't know .. I am making stuff up .. You never know .. Duke could like you.
