No, I believe once you get a decision they allow you a certain time frame in order to make a decision of attending or not.

At this point, I'm just crossing my fingers for the waitlist. I'm not expecting an acceptance but it would be nice not to get another ding, ya know?

Once you're accepted, you have 3 weeks from the postmark date on your acceptance letter to put down the first deposit. Stay patient and stay positive! The cycle isn't over yet!

So you guys think we'll get more decisions after April 15th? Hopefully not all T14 kids are willing to pay for multiple initial deposits.

I've found their admissions office to be breathtakingly unresponsive.

I've literally never gotten a response. I'm wondering if my emails just go into a black hole never to be seen again ...

No, it means that I can make a fully informed decision regarding other options.

I have a deposit for USF due on April 15th, and depending on what happens at Davis (really, only getting accepted), I'd like to know if I should deposit at USF or some other school.

If I could get a quick reply from Hastings and/or Davis before USD deposits my initial seat deposit, that could help me save $250 in the event I decide not to go to USD.
