I just called the Financial Aid office to ask when admitted students should receive scholarship info, and the person said the first round of offers should go out this weekend (specifically Friday or Saturday). Hopefully this is correct! Just figured I'd let everybody here know since this forum has been a good source of info for me in the past.

No, Cal is just a weird black box. I was rejected straight up with similar stats last year.

I can't get onto the ASW website but am trying to book my flight to/from ASW. Is there any way someone could screen shot the schedule? Or PM me? I can't seem to access the website right now. I need to figure out possible flight times.

I didn't save the schedule, but the RSVP form has the following events. IIRC, there are campus tours on Thu morning, and there's only the brunch and not much else on Sat.

Thursday 03/16: Welcome Lunch
Thursday 03/16: Evening Reception Celebrating Diversity
Friday 03/17: Breakfast
Friday 03/17: Lunch
Saturday 03/18: Admitted Students & Alumni Brunch

Thank you! I vaguely recall reading some language about only being able to get the travel subsidy if you attend one of the days (which I'm guessing is Friday). Can anyone confirm this? Also, does anyone recall the time of the Saturday brunch?

Not having financial aid info yet is killing the chances for me going to Berkeley. Anyone else? I live really far away, so the travel stipend doesn't cover enough of the cost of a trip to California for me to visit without a realistic chance of financially being able to attend the school. As someone who has never been to California in general, I also couldn't move there without first visiting. This whole thing is creating quite the quandary for me

100% agreed. The longer I don't hear about $$, the less likely I make a visit. No visit = no chance of attending for me.
