Saw that johann tweeted. Excited like a little kid on Christmas morning.
Saw that the tweet had nothing to do with admissions. Heartbroken like a little kid who found out Santa isn't real.

Hey everyone, for the interview, incase the question of which other schools did you apply to gets asked, what are people's opinions on not giving your entire list? I only ask because it seems weird to just list school after school after school. If I applied to only like 3-5 then it would be fine, but I've applied to a lot more.

I just said that I had applied to a number of schools and then listed a few of the top schools who had accepted me.Bajam wrote:Hey everyone, for the interview, incase the question of which other schools did you apply to gets asked, what are people's opinions on not giving your entire list? When do we get merit aid offers? Is it only after submitting fin aid forms? Still waiting for my acceptance packet...

Yes, you need to complete the needaccess application before being considered for any scholarships. You don't have to wait for your admissions packet, or even admission, to fill out the form.paglababa wrote:When do we get merit aid offers? Is it only after submitting fin aid forms? I went complete 1/17, the day after my interview.runner7654 wrote:Yes - I went complete the day I had my interviewJustHawkin wrote:Anyone who submitted in January gone complete yet?
According to the spreadsheet, avg # of days between complete and decision is 21. That means I would find out this Friday. Not sure how I feel about that!!!! (It's just an avg after all...)

Scratch that! It's been updated and is now 30 days overall, 38 for interviewed people specifically. Guess I have a long time to wait.

Tuesday hasn't been an important day so far, but if they don't release a batch today, we are likely not to hear anything until Friday. (Chiberia, Part III). Johann, preempt the weather, give the people what they want need!

How long does it take for your interview to be processed? Still sitting at incomplete. Had an off campus interview.

Mine was processed the same day. It just depends on when your interviewer sends in their information to the school.

Well it does not seem like today is going to be the day... It looks like we are going to have to wait awhile. How bad is the storm predicted to be? Do we, the people of tls, really think that the law school is going to shut down for only the seventh time in history?

No. But just cuz it's not shut down doesn't mean they are fully staffed.capt_slow wrote:Well it does not seem like today is going to be the day... It looks like we are going to have to wait awhile. Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2017 Applicants (2013-2014 cycle)
I feel like I am late to the party as far as this forum goes, but I'm not sure if there is anything to be concerned about.
Interviewed end of November on-campus, Application went complete on 12/17, and the current status still says Application Complete. Are there any intermediate updates such as UR or anything like that or does it just say Complete until you get some sort of decision. Should I be concerned that it has been going on 60 days since I went complete and still haven't heard anything? I hope I am worrying for nothing.

I sat incomplete for over a week (also off-campus). I called and asked if I was missing something else or if it was just my interview, and they said they actually had everything they needed, status checker just hadn't been updated. They were very nice. Might be worth a call if it's been several days and you're concerned.ManoftheHour wrote:How long does it take for your interview to be processed? Still sitting at incomplete. I don't know that average days means much at this point in the cycle. Those with decisions (and thus contributing to this # on the spreadsheet) went complete early before admissions was willing to make decisions. Now that they have started, it will be more rolling. They'll sit on some Nov./Dec. while deciding some Jan's. Depends highly on their needs/how they decide to start tackling the pile of apps.leigh912198972 wrote:leigh912198972 wrote:I went complete 1/17, the day after my interview.runner7654 wrote:Yes - I went complete the day I had my interviewJustHawkin wrote:Anyone who submitted in January gone complete yet?

I'm not an expert, so someone can chime in, but I don't think the average means much for anyone who went complete in 2014.

I was also incomplete for over a week (barely). I wanted to call, but I'm glad I remained patient. Did you send a thank you card to your interviewer? I have a conspiracy theory that some interviewers may not submit your stuff until you send the thank you (by some I mean like maybe 1 or 2 ever).renorunner wrote:I sat incomplete for over a week (also off-campus).
