Yeah, already responded (its an online response form, which I thought was nice and efficient). Gonna work on a LOCI this weekend.

A month is a pretty average amount of time. It sounds like the OP's talking about people who went complete in Oct/Nov/Early Dec

hey all! just came back from a visit to bu and thought i'd share! first impression -- not winning. i am from the nyc area and so when i imagined what bu might be like, i was expecting a fordham or nyu -- essentially in the center of all the action. so i was suprised to get off the t and see that it really did have more of a campus feel. i recognized the law tower immediately and, as many posters have mentioned, it's NOT the prettiest. however, after sitting in on a class, talking to some helpful students, and going on the tour, i was definitely won over. sure, the tower is a bit of an eyesore -- but it seems to have everything you'll need, and having everything in one building probably lends itself to getting to know your classmates much faster. i also preferred the location to bc's ... and of course, the reputation of the school speaks for itself

after this visit, bu is solidly in my top three!

This is probably GOOD news. Waiting so long without a ding means that they don't want to reject you, but do want to see how you fit (number wise) among their accepted students. Good Luck to you, and to me, and to everyone else on this board.

I'm so depressed about BU.... I thought I would be accepted fairly quickly, and I really want to go to school in Boston barring an NYU/CLS acceptance.

I was hoping for money too. Not a peep though. Now I am concerned about being WL.

This school has taken forever on my app. I'm at 75% GPA and a few points above 75% LSAT. Submitted my app in mid-Dec, went complete in mid-Jan. Not stressing, I've been admitted to better schools, but wondering what the deal is.

It's called YP. Please withdraw if u aren't seriously considering BU as a school to attend. With your score and GPA you can def go higher in rank, so why even wait?

Additionally u went complete in mid-january. That's only a month. Wait 2 weeks, you'll probably be accepted.

I actually like BU; there's a reason I applied there. But at the very least I could use scholly leverage against UCLA if I decide SoCal over Mass.

Been accepted since December, I think I decided today that BU is the school for me. I look foward to seeing some of you....

Time to buy a BU law hoodie now that its getting into the 80's again.

What made you decide on BU? I mean, it's an excellent school in an awesome location, but I keep going back and forth between BU and a few other schools.

BU is high enough in rank and prestige that the right class rank can get you anywhere. I don't need to be at Yale or Harvard where top 50% secures you NLJ 500 or Appeals court clerkship, I just need it to be a possiblity at say top 20% for NLJ or top 10% for clerkship...and BU provides that. Also, if BU lives up to its reputation for great class environment, students professors and staff, I know I will be happy there...and every interaction I have had with the school has let me believe this is true. From the first response they gave me when I asked for a fee-waiver, to the acceptance call, to the numerous follow ups from student groups....

I know I can get top 10%...(say what you will), so the rank difference btwn BU and UCLA/Cornell/UCLA isn't that important to me, and I know I'm going to like it there.
