oh my godddd i just got in!!!!! interviewed via skype on monday, just heard back, i am over the moon, UVA is my dream school.
they said the interview was what made the difference, so if any of y'all have one, make sure to do lots of research, be personable and engaging, and have lots of good questions to ask them on deck.

From last year's thread it looks like the first WL movement was on April 15th (before the seat deposit deadline, interestingly). Then from what I can tell the next wave was the first week in May. Hope that helps!

Money management is a big factor in this cycle for UVA (not saying they are less likely to give, it just looks like they are waiting until they have an idea of the potential incoming class before they make money decisions).
