It was a great day! The panels were great and BC did a wonderful job presenting itself. I had a wonderful time.

HELPFUL HINT for all of you looking for a travel stipend....

Although BC does NOT provide travel stipends, BU DOES! and it just so happens that their ASDs are back to back.

E-mailed BU, told them I would be coming up a couple days early to check out boston (conveniently forgot to mention that I would spend some of that time looking at BC) and they responded favorably, advising that I keep track of all my receipts. I'll be traveling to boston on an Amtrak in style

I know this goes without saying- but I am really disgusted at how poorly BC is handling their admissions. I have heard from every other school I applied to and BC hasnt even sent me an email of any kind. No travel stipends, admissions not getting back to me...keep it up BC and youll fall even more on the USNWR.

I shouldn't be that mean, but this cycle in general has made me more bitter than usual.

Finally IR today. To be honest I've lost almost all interest in BC in the 10 weeks since I applied. Oh well. Best of luck to anyone else who's just getting looked at.

Yeah, they finally got back to me last week with an offer on par with their peer schools, but their peer schools have been universally more responsive to me, so I'm not going to bother with them. If their office of admissions is this disorganized, I can only imagine what their office of career services is like.

BC has always been very prompt in responding to my emails, admittance, scholarship and what not. I'm not even a super star candidate
