Today I got an email about a travel stipend to visit the admitted student preview day! ("This year, we have a program allowing us to reimburse a select group of admitted students up to $200 towards transportation costs for the Preview Days.")

I am wondering if this could be foreshadowing some potential scholarship money, or if the "select group" is pretty big...? Or maybe just for West Coasters?

Probably because of your distance to travel! But I'm sure you are going to get a scholarship too

Travel Stipends

Boston University School of Law's travel stipend program will reimburse up to $200 for transportation costs incurred to attend a scheduled Preview Day. The program is for those Preview Day attendees traveling over 300 miles and can only be applied toward travel, not food or lodging. I really just wanted to bitch and complain but if you do that and you're in at other schools then people jump all over you like "Why do you even care?! Who cares if you're still waiting?! Rawr!" so I was trying to avoid that. I think I've had about 6 as well. I submitted mid-November. I updated to 1/3 or something and then a bunch of 1/3 people got in but I kept updating.
