In at Forida, just received my letter via FEDEX (I live in Mexico). It said there willbe no $ info until March.

Damn it! I had no idea FSU scholarships came with early commit deadlines. That can really mess up thing for me.

Congrats! Felicidades! I'm glad that people are hearing back from Florida. I'm hoping for some good news soon, but I'm still under review so in the mean time I'll try to find some patience.

They're usually pretty quick with scholarship offers that state you have to accept by March 15 or something ridiculous, but I've heard they're more than happy to extend into May.

Just a bush-league tactic pushing people to make a decision tbf.

My status just changed to this today. Did anyone who had this as their status previously hear any good news?

Yes, the admissions office seems to be ill-informed. My decision letter was "in transit" as of last Monday - when I spoke to an admissions representative last Wednesday, she said that the letters had not yet been sent and may not be until the following week (this week). When I spoke to an admissions representative today, she informed me that the letters were sent last Tuesday.

I live in South FL...no letter. Who KNOWS when they were/will be sent. I'm not impressed.

My status changed to this on 12/3 right around the time when the first wave of auto admits started rolling out. It appears that we have just been kind of bumbed to the next wave because of lower numbers. So, for now I would say it's better than a WL or rejection but obviously not as good as an acceptance.

You are right, it does say it will come by march, I didn't pay much atention to the letter. By the way we are number twins (I hate that twin stuff) but we are.

Yes, it seems that we're auto-admits. 168/3.84, although I retook last Saturday.

Thanks. It's mostly the now 10-day wait that is making me nervous. I'm also going to stay with my fiancee, who is going to dental school, and UF is one of the schools she got into. So, I certainly hope that it's trivial; however, this decision is very important to me.
