I've been Under Committee Review since 1/12, when Penn emailed me to send me an updated transcript. Is this effectively a hold, and is there a rough timeline in which I can expect a decision?

OK wait - their Twitter is celebrating Public Interest week... not phone calls

The person who just adjusted their status on LSN has been adjusting multiple ones today; so perhaps it is an error?

In via phone call about 20 minutes ago. Area code 215 for any of you anticipating! :)

Submit 1/06, complete 1/19, UR1 1/31, UR2 2/14, decision today. Above both 75ths, no why Penn.

How do these phone calls work? Will they leave a message? I'm at work and there's no guarantee I'll be able to answer...

Yeah, they'll leave a message if you don't pick up. The acceptance email comes in ~24 hours, I was told.

You guys are too funny. Best be damned if I'm at work or not, I'd be picking up that incoming call no matter WHAT I was in the middle of.
