Submitted via PT for JD/LLM on 11/25. As I'm sweating out the wait and feeling very hopeful, do we know when ASW is? Really sorry if that was discussed earlier!

Quick question, does anyone know how PT was decided? I was given a fee waiver but not PT. I checked the spreadsheet and saw some people with the same LSAT and lower GPA were offered it and I'm kind of feeling salty about it.

Did you have NC listed as a desired state or something like that in your LSAC profile? Did you try and solicit PT and only got a fee waiver? I don't think anyone here actually knows how it's done.skimmilk wrote:Quick question, does anyone know how PT was decided? I was given a fee waiver but not PT. I have NC listed as a desired state, but I never tried to solicit PT. I figured since PT is only offered via invitation, it would be in poor taste to ask admissions for one?lymenheimer wrote:Did you have NC listed as a desired state or something like that in your LSAC profile? You can search back through the thread, but plenty of people solicited PT (myself included). Did you end up trying to solicit a fee waiver, or did they just send you one?skimmilk wrote:I have NC listed as a desired state, but I never tried to solicit PT. I didn't have to ask for the fee waiver, they just sent it in like August or September. Didn't realize I could just ask for PT though. Probably too late now for me, considering I already submitted my application. Thanks though!lymenheimer wrote:You can search back through the thread, but plenty of people solicited PT (myself included). Okay. So you could still try and solicit PT (without seeming greedy). I think another individual had already submitted, and then asked to be considered under PT based on their numbers, and they were transferred over. You could try it "Thanks for the generous fee waiver, but I was wondering if I also met the requirements for PT and if my submitted application could be transferred over to the PT process" or something. Or if you're content that's fine too. Wishing the best, regardless!skimmilk wrote:I didn't have to ask for the fee waiver, they just sent it in like August or September. Just discovered that Dean Levi's brother introduced Barack and Michelle Obama. And the dean is a former federal judge

When do we think non-PT folks will start getting news? I've been complete UR since 10/12 (per the status checker) and haven't heard anything.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is PT ten business or calendar days? If it's calendar I would hear by Friday, but if not I'll have to wait over the weekend
