Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2018 Applicants
I submitted 11/24, went complete for the first time after my interview 12/8, and had a second complete day 12/30 (presuming that the interviewer finally got his act together and submitted before the new year). then silence.... I assume they are counting 10 weeks from 12/30, which to me seems like a load of nonsense

Do you think they are done for the day? In the past, have they given out decisions throughout the day or is it only the morning decisions?NOLAboy wrote:I submitted 11/24, went complete for the first time after my interview 12/8, and had a second complete day 12/30 (presuming that the interviewer finally got his act together and submitted before the new year). then silence.... I'd think it's probably complete from the date of your interview (especially since schools claim date changes don't mean anything and you shouldn't worry about them), but it seems like there are a few who are well past their 10 week date.NOLAboy wrote:I submitted 11/24, went complete for the first time after my interview 12/8, and had a second complete day 12/30 (presuming that the interviewer finally got his act together and submitted before the new year). then silence.... Original complete date 10/31. Date change 12/8.
Complete 10/17.
I wish there was an emoticon that started off with a smile and then just started crying. That would be appropriate.

i've uploaded a couple of essays. haven't gotten any acknowledgment, which is to be expected i guess.
it's truly incredible how much the USWNR rankings mess up the law school admissions process. tired of it.

I keep thinking, "today has to be the day". So maybe it'll be this week. Right?

I submitted the optional essays as well as a LOCI.
Sadly, no response, no acknowledgement, no news at all

I apologize if this has been covered already, but does anyone know the turnaround time on scholarship notifications after all paperwork has been submitted?

For those who have been placed on hold, how long were your responses? I plan on submitting answers to all three and right now I have about four pages. Do you guys suggest longer or shorter?

Isn't it limited to 600 words per response? I feel like a read that somewhere. Maybe it was 500.
EDIT: 750 words

I have under 750 words per response. Just curious, if longer is better or short and concise.Gray wrote:its 750 words max, 6 minutes max for a video.fra wrote:Isn't it limited to 600 words per response? I feel like a read that somewhere. Maybe it was 500.

Still not sure if I should limit them to a paragraph or get close to the 750 each
