+1
Seems like a good day not to be UR, not that it reassures me much given the quality of applicants who received bad news today.

Wow. I can't believe the numbers of some of the people who were flat-out rejected. Is it safe to assume that the ding/WL wave for those people who went UR2 on 1/15 will come next week?

Count me in the club. Waitlisted: 173 3.3 URM, no optional essays other than a diversity statement. My vanity is telling me it's not me, it's yield protection, but as my first WL of the cycle it still stings.

Tonight's events have largely made me lose hope in Penn. My numbers are similar to many who have gotten bad news. I am still under review as of 12/24 which is the only thing keeping me from obsessively checking my email for the bad news.

Also wait listed. Above 75th gpa, below median LSAT. No why penn. Last UR 12/10.
Good luck to everyone still waiting!

OMG OMG just logged on after hours away and I cannot believe what's happening.
I'm still UR1 12/3 and haven't seen the WL email yet, but suspect it's coming based on the numbers I'm seeing here.
please be wrong

I had a date change on Jan 9, which I thought was a positive thing since my significantly higher Dec LSAT score had just come in. Lesson learned: NEVER HAVE HOPE.

Paging Ambi-Turner! Are you UCR2 yet?
I am! Finally! Sorry, went out with a friend and did real life things for a while...clearly a big mistake!

So much has happened! Sorry to those WL/dinged, best of luck with the rest of your cycles!

It appears so. If last cycle is any indication, however, there will be many more tomorrow.

I'm so scared. My body is not ready.
ETA: in reality, based on what we've seen today, I have little to no shot.
